Online Step-by-Step Notary Signing Process

Review the process below to ensure a quick and smooth online notary experience. Contact us if any questions at (702) 779-3931.

Step 1:

Click Here to schedule an online notary signing appointment time with one of our Nevada notaries.

 

Step 2:

Upload your documents in the email for notarization.

We will send you a confirmation email with your scheduled appointment time. Please reply to the email and attach your documents in PDF format. If your documents are images, we will convert them in PDF format for you.

 

Step 3:

Check your email 10 minutes before your scheduled online appointment time. Your notary will email you the online session link to begin the signing process.

The email subject will be: “You’ve been invited to notarize documents via the remote online notarization platform.”

Click on the Get Started button in the email and select Register to create your online account.

Step 4:

After completing your account information, the document you emailed should appear in your Dashboard.

Click the green Sign button and verify the document was successfully uploaded.

You may also type in any text onto the document that you would like before your signing.

Step 5:

Click the Ready to Notarize button to proceed to identify verification. 

Note that you must be using a computer or laptop for the notarization; mobile is not yet compatible.

Your video camera and sound must be working and have internet connection.

The system will ask you to hold up a picture of your Valid ID to the camera.

Your notary may also ask to view a copy of your ID during the online signing.

That’s it! Now just wait for your notary to join the session.

The notary will start the online signing at your scheduled appointment time.

After the signing has concluded, you will pay the $25 fee online and be able to instantly download or email a PDF copy of your notarized documents.

Computer or Laptop Needed

The online notarization process requires you to use a computer or laptop with internet connection and a working video camera to communicate with the notary.

Show a Valid Unexpired ID with Photo

The system will ask you to show a copy of your valid ID in the camera and your notary may request to view your ID as well during the online session. 

• Driver’s License (voided with temporary accompaniment is accepted)

• State Identification Card (must have expiration date)

• Passport

• Military ID that include signatures

• Commercial Driver’s License

NOT VALID IDs:

• Nevada Authorization Card

• Restricted Driver Authorization Card

• Temporary Driver Authorization Card

• Consular ID Card

• Voter ID Card from another country
